When becoming a client of Mirrabel Mobile Nails and Beauty you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.

Your appointments are very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We do understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule .

All treatments costing £50-£80 will require a £30 booking fee to secure the appointment, treatments £80 - £150 will require a £50 booking fee and treatments over £150 will require booking fee £80. Booking fee will be non refundable unless at least 24 hour notice is given to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

After 2 treatment cancellations or reschedules without proper notice given to us, we reserve right to refuse future treatments to the client or booking fee £20 might be required.

If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.

 Course appointments missed or late cancelled will automatically be deducted from course records.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Please check expiry date on your voucher. Gift vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given for unused balances.

PATCH TESTING

Please keep in mind when booking for eyebrow and eyelash tint we do require clients to have a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment.
